The D+D PARK BRODCE complex was built on an area of 16 ha and consists of two hall buildings with a total area of nearly 90,000 m². Thanks to its location near the D10 motorway and close proximity to the ŠKODA AUTO production plants, the complex primarily serves the needs of the automotive industry and the logistics operations of ŠKODA AUTO a.s.
D+D Park Brodce is part of the D+D GROUP, where it represents a project strengthening the industrial and logistic branch of the portfolio. Alongside real estate value, it also delivers practical benefits: it creates a background for real economic activity and expands the group's ability to work with domestic industrial projects.
