The D+D PARK KOSMONOSY premises cover an area of 23 ha and consist of four industrial hall buildings with a total area of 80,000 m². Thanks to its location in the immediate vicinity of the ŠKODA AUTO production plant in Mladá Boleslav, it primarily serves logistics, warehousing and assembly operations for the automotive industry, with the majority of the premises being used by ŠKODA AUTO a.s.
