D+D REAL has been active in the field of development, investment and property management since 2000. It focuses on the implementation of commercial, logistics and residential projects, and during its operation has participated in the construction of production and warehouse complexes, multi-purpose buildings, apartment buildings as well as recreation and service projects. Among its most significant completions are logistics parks in Mladá Boleslav, Pardubice and Brodec nad Jizerou used by major companies including ŠKODA AUTO and DB Schenker.

D+D REAL has long been developing projects with an emphasis on quality, stability and the strategic development of the regions in which it operates. Alongside its development activities, it also supports sports and cultural activities and is a partner of major golf tournaments: the D+D REAL Czech Masters, the Czech Challenge and the Slovakia Challenge.

D+D REAL is part of the D+D GROUP, for which it acts as the primary development platform. It translates investment intentions into concrete projects and is responsible for ensuring that they have a clear concept, economic rationale and long-term value.
